When you send a coaching inquiry, Brandon uses your name, email address and optional running goal to understand your inquiry and reply by email.
Where your inquiry goes
Run With Costa uses the existing Sacramento Ultra Crew (SUC) lead system. Your browser sends your inquiry directly to a Google Apps Script service, which processes it for the existing Leads sheet and internal email notification. This page cannot confirm whether Google saved your inquiry or delivered the notification. Your inquiry does not enroll you in Team SUC or sign you up for a newsletter.
Appointments
For Run Form + Shoe Comparison appointments, your name, email and optional notes go privately to Brandon through the existing SUC booking backend and a separate booking ledger in Google Sheets. Stripe handles payment details; your intake notes are not included in Stripe metadata or calendar events. A private calendar reservation and a confirmation email support your appointment. Booking links are private: do not share them.
The booking page stores only booking access information in session storage on this browser so you can return from checkout. Private email links place access information in the URL fragment, which the page removes after opening. Team SUC benefit verification uses your membership email and a short-lived private link. Your booking does not sign you up for a newsletter.
Referral information
If your link includes a referral source, medium or campaign, those limited details are included with your inquiry, along with the Run With Costa page address, submission time, browser user agent and a request reference. Other URL parameters and referring-page addresses are not collected by this form.
The inquiry form does not use analytics trackers or store form details in cookies or browser storage. Your inquiry details remain in this page until you leave or reload it. The hosting provider and Google may process routine connection information. If you don't hear back, email Brandon before submitting again.
