When you send a coaching inquiry, Brandon uses your name, email address and optional running goal to understand your inquiry and reply by email.
Where your inquiry goes
Run With Costa uses the existing Sacramento Ultra Crew (SUC) lead system. The website sends your inquiry through its server to a Google Apps Script service, which records it in the existing Leads sheet and sends an internal email notification. Your inquiry does not enroll you in Team SUC or sign you up for a newsletter.
Referral information
If your link includes a referral source, medium or campaign, those limited details are included with your inquiry, along with the Run With Costa page address, submission time, browser user agent and a request reference. Other URL parameters and referring-page addresses are not collected by this form.
This site does not use analytics trackers or store form details in cookies or browser storage. Details stay in the open form if sending is not confirmed. The hosting provider may process routine connection information, and the server uses temporary request counts to limit abuse.
